چکیده
When the pathological process affects dental pulp of deciduous element and causes inflammation or infection, endodontic treatment is indicated. The maintenance primary tooth important, especially in cases permanent agenesis. aim this study to report a clinical case about lower molar with furcation lesion, root resorption premolar A patient was selected at clinic FAPAC/ITPAC (Porto Nacional) – TO, asymptomatic, negative sensitivity test vertical percussion, incomplete formation, radiolucent area region resorption. In first session, anesthesia, access surgery, absolute isolation, irrigation 2.5% sodium hypochlorite, odontometry, instrumentation K-files working length, drying insertion intracanal medication (calcium hydroxide) were performed. second session (after 15 days), removed canals filled mineral trioxide aggregate (MTA). Through results obtained treatment, regression noted during proservations had no symptoms. Endodontic diagnosis acute periradicular abscess feasible for conservation tooth. way, absent performs its functions.

Endodontic Management of an Infected Primary Molar in a Child with Agenesis of the Permanent Premolar
Missing of mandibular second premolar is one of the most common types of tooth agenesis. In such cases, maintenance of the primary second molar, if possible at all, can prevent many treatment procedures in future. The present case report represents the endodontic management of a necrotic left mandibular primary second molar that had developed an abscess. Considering the missing of the permanent...
متن کاملEndodontic treatment of a mandibular first premolar with three root canals: a case report
Background: A correct diagnosis of the morphology of the root canal system is crucial in order to ensure a successful root canal treatment. The incidence of mandibular first premolars with three root canals has been reported to be low. This clinical case report describes a case of a successful nonsurgical endodontic management of a mandibular first premolar with three root canals. Case present...

متن کاملEndodontic Retreatment of a Maxillary First Molar with Unusual Palatal Root Canal Morphology: A Case Report
Introdouction: Variations in root canal morphology pose a challenge for successful endodontic treatment. The root canal anatomy of the maxillary first molar has been often described as three roots with four canals (two mesiobuccal, one distobuccal, and one palatal). The occurrence of two palatal canals in one palatal root is quite rare. This report represents the case of a maxillary first molar...

This case report describes an endodontic treatment of a mandibular second premolar with type IV root canal. A 26-year-old male patient reported pain in right mandibular second premolar. Clinical examination showed a large carious lesion with pulp exposure. Radiographs showed minimal periapical changes and slight widening of periodontal ligament space. Mandibular second premolars usually have on...
